At Tesori Belli, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return for up to 30 days after receiving your item. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received, with no additional wear, damage, sizing, or alterations of any kind.

  • The original interior packaging must be included.

Damages & Issues

We carefully inspect and photograph all pieces before shipping. However, if your order arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized, personalized, or special-order items cannot be returned.

  • Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

Most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, but we’ll do our best to accommodate an exchange. If you’d prefer something different, email us at info@tesoribelli.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@tesoribelli.com.
