Free Shipping for Orders Over $50
Our orders are shipped free if total is more than $50 via United States Postal Service Priority Mail to any United States mailing address. Packages generally arrive in 1 to 3 days after shipment processed. All shipments are tracked and insured. Expedited shipping is available upon request and for a small fee.
Orders less than $50 will cost $5.99 to ship within the US
Our 30 day money back guarantee will allow you to be sure you love your purchase. If you return the item in its original condition within the 30 day time period we will issue you an exchange or full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and/or the item is not in its original purchase condition, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. We also ask you ship back in the original jewelry box and packing materials.

Please keep all packaging materials. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged if you need to do an exchange please send us an email email@example.com or text 716-480-3057 for return authorization and instruction.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and insurance costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. USPS is convenient
and cost effective.
